No, the OBC Certificate need not be renewed
Non Creamy Layer certificates needs to be taken resh for each year if needed

Hello Sir,
The NCL needs to be re-issues every year as it is the proof on individual's income.
It can not be renewed.

hello sir...
i am eligible to apply for constable and i m from OBC. for that i need non creamy layer certificate. i have it but it has crossed one year limit.
is it necessary to renew/reissue NCL every year?
how & where i can apply?
in how many days i can get it?

YES you have to get a new NCL
its basically your parents annual income proof considering income from all sources.
