Hello Avinash,
Candidate’s creamy layer status is always determined by parent’s (father, mother) financial status and never by status of self, husband, or spouse. neither its determined if they belong to which Class.
So if parent's combine income limit is less than 4.5 PA, the child is eligible for NCL

Hello Amit,
As per the rule, the parent's combine "INCOME" limit is less than 4.5 PA
The NCL is always based on existing income of the parent.
Since the parents are retired, they will not come under ‘Income’ category hence nothing can be shown for NCL claim.
